Affiliate Terms and Conditions
This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between DEEW Premium Cannabis (“DEEW”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”) participating in the DEEW Premium Cannabis Affiliate Program (the “Program”).
- Enrollment in the Program. By applying to the DEEW Premium Cannabis Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. DEEW reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
- Commission Structure. Affiliates will earn a commission of 5% on the net sales amount for every qualifying purchase made through their unique affiliate link.
- Payouts and Minimum Threshold. Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis. The minimum payout amount is set at $50. If an affiliate’s commission balance is below this threshold, the amount will be carried over to the next payout period until the minimum is met.
- Purchase Attribution. Commissions will be awarded to the most recent referral within a 30-day cookie window. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the referring affiliate will receive the commission for that sale.
- Exclusions from Commissions. Taxes and shipping costs are excluded from commission calculations. The 5% commission applies only to the net sales amount after deducting taxes and shipping costs.
- Affiliate Responsibilities. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are properly formatted and functional. DEEW is not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues or improper use of affiliate links.
- Prohibited Activities. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of deceptive or unethical marketing practices. DEEW reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship if any violation of this policy is identified.
- Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid out in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 3.
- Modification of Terms. DEEW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program implies acceptance of the modified terms.
- Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
